Birth.
Legs and arms primitively jolt in all directions.
Two bodies intertwined via a maternal connection.
Tufts of hair randomly elevated above a glistening scalp.
A speechless room saturated in compassionate but customary doubts.
Squinted eyes adjust to the intrusive artificial light.
An assortment of ardent illustrations vaguely in sight.
A protruding belly with a crimson chord attached.
Conserved in an amniotic egg instinctively waiting to be hatched
Premature shrills depart from a pair of virginal lungs.
A new unsolicited, unwritten autobiography has just begun
To unfold into an eventful and noteworthy tale.
A story of anguish but joyous relationships that set sail
And capsize within the shortest interval of time.
For you to leave this corporeal realm without any sign
Or indication but only theories of what will happen after.
Stout heads occupied with dreams of a fabled and fanciful pasture.
Eternally existing on an alternative astronomical domain.
Hoping that the ones you left behind will never forget your name.

Dear Father I Loved You, But...
Dear Father, I loved you,
But this truth I shall say.
That you were the demon,
that made me this way!
And though I am hiding,
It's hard when it's lurking beneath:
This anger and hatred,
It's all I believe.
So don't speak or I'll hurt you,
I'm sorry, I'm sorry,
But you are the ending,
Of this broken story.
So tell me, dear Father,
What can you say,
To boy whom you twisted;
When you pushed him away.

Waking Nightmares
Waking Nightmares:
It begins in the same way, every single night
Fire spreading from an altar in the darkness
As all living beings are slowly consumed,
The coruscating flames appear wet with blood
The scene then changes to a flooded hallway
Live wires dangling just above the water,
Like venomous serpents slithering in the darkness
A single pounce would end my life
Eventually the hallway ends with a door,
One that reminds me of forgotten yore
And my thoughts shall be in rhyme at this point
As though lips and tongue are eternally joint
What maddened schemes have they in mind?
It is not a questio

Fear of Life
Please do not fear being beneath the Earth’s soil
For that is where the seeds of flowers grow
Be patient and life will reveal its mysteries
But only when it is ready to do so
By all means take time to search for the truth
But beware, please do not become obsessed
As we only fear what we don’t understand
And what we don’t understand is but a test
A test of faith in whatever you believe
Now stand up for yourself and you cannot fail
If life is the hammer waiting to fall
Then you must refuse to be the nail
Please do not fear being above the Earth’s soil
For that is where the flowers begin to bloom
Just open your heart

Inspired by birth and life. I have been watching alot of E.R recently with my gf and wanted to describe well articulate what birth and life is like for every person. I hope it works and I hope the rhymes are not to heavy or forced. Let me know what you think guys

I really love the imagery of your poem. The writing style was a little choppy but it had good rhythm very precise wording.
