Ironic Reality

The ironic reality


Life is an incurable disease,
Of which there is no antidote.
Despite mans gasping efforts,
Death will always be ominous.
Faith eases the doubting mind.
Intoxicants offer a temporary release.
Distracts our thoughts from the diseased.


Its to complex to comprehend,
Irony is our adopted tongue.
The language of the celestials.
Karma is an elaborated myth,
A mutual consensus amongst humans.
To prohibit our free will.
Even though predators were made to kill.


Irony ineffective against the power of pathos,
A natural guise of human discourse.
Known to many understood by the meagre.
All products have an expiry date
But ours are never displayed on the packaging.
Prepare for the unpredictable,
Life and death are reciprocals.
