What Are You Known For?

You peal off the labels of packaging.
Out of boredom or perhaps conditioning.
Labels are applied to everything and everyone.
Despite our efforts to avoid this classification.
Not all labels are flattering.

'She's such a  slag I heard she's had more guys than hot dinners'…
'He's so broke he cant pay attention'
'She will never make it even if she had a map tattooed to her forehead'
'She's so ugly when she was born the doctor slapped her mother'
'He's so vain he has no arteries'
'He's so fat if you put an apple in his mouth the homeless would try and roast him'
'She's so skinny I bet she use a cheerio as a hula hoop'
'He's so dumb id bet some how he would get hit by a parked car'

Whether it be intentional or not.
Everything must have a negative identification.
Try as we may to scrape it away, they will not be forgot.
Some could even under go a dramatic renovation.

But the memory cannot be deleted.
You can choose whether to live up or relinquish the label.
Just make sure the same mistakes are not repeated.
And the characterization will become a vaguely remembered fable.
